Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Non-returnable items: Clearance items, customized orders.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at 017-546 4487 or cozy.vibe@outlook.com to initiate a return.
- Provide order details and reason for return.
- Ship the item back to:
- A-10-02, Menara The Met, No. 20, Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged item).
Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
