Refund and Returns Policy

At COZY VIBE SDN. BHD., we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Non-returnable items: Clearance items, customized orders.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at 017-546 4487 or cozy.vibe@outlook.com to initiate a return.
  • Provide order details and reason for return.
  • Ship the item back to:
  • A-10-02, Menara The Met, No. 20, Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged item).

Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
